About the role

We are looking for an Insights and Reporting Analyst who can support the creation of clear, structured, leadership-ready reports: analysing data, customer feedback and research inputs, and converting them into meaningful insights.

This role sits close to that: what customers tell us about the products is only useful once somebody turns it into something a leader can act on.

What you will own

Create and support structured reports and decks for senior stakeholders
Analyse customer feedback, surveys and operational data to extract insights
Assist in building clear narratives: context, insight, implication
Ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency in reports
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate inputs
Support leadership reviews with summaries and key takeaways

What we are looking for

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with data and convert it into insights
High attention to detail and an ownership mindset

Preferred

2 to 3 years in insights, analytics, research, CX or reporting roles
Exposure to writing reports read by managers or senior stakeholders
Experience in consumer, D2C or fast-growing organisations
